More than 250 people have been killed by a cholera outbreak in Haiti. Another 3,000 have taken ill. Officials say the problem seems to be stabilizing, though, with fewer deaths being reported.  Where has all the money gone?  Still in the hands of non profit organizations or the corrup government of Haiti?

Cholera is an intestinal infection spread by contaminated food or water. It causes severe diarrhea, which can lead to dehydration and death within hours. Treatment involves replacing lost fluids with a solution of water, salt and sugar.
